Welcome to Equip2Save Property Maintenance Ltd. These Terms and Conditions apply to all works and services carried out by us, including the installation of resin bound surfaces, tarmac surfaces, and decking.

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
In most cases, a site visit is required to assess the conditions and provide an accurate quote.
Acceptance of the quotation confirms agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
No deposit is required at the time of booking.
A 25% upfront payment is due prior to commencement of works.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the works. Payments are accepted via cash or bank transfer.
Late payments may result in delays to future services or legal action where necessary.
Works are scheduled based on job duration and current workload.
Any delays, including weather-related issues, will be communicated as early as possible.
No additional costs will be passed on to the client in the event of such delays.
Clients may cancel works up to 1 week before the scheduled start date, provided that no materials have been ordered.
Any payments made toward materials can only be refunded if the order has not yet been placed.
Cancellations within one week of the start date may incur material costs if already purchased.
We provide a workmanship guarantee which covers any faults due to poor installation. Issues arising from natural weathering or external damage are not covered.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed on to the client where applicable, unless altered or affected by subsequent works.
Clients are not responsible for clearing the area prior to works. However, if the site is not ready or accessible as previously arranged, additional charges may apply.
Access to water and electricity must be available unless an alternative agreement is made in advance.
Equip2Save Property Maintenance Ltd. is not liable for faults or failures caused by poor existing ground conditions or structural issues outside our control.
In the event of proven fault or negligence, consequential damages are covered under our business insurance policy.
Any issues or concerns should be raised as soon as possible via phone, email, or our official social media channels.
We aim to resolve all matters promptly and professionally.
Equip2Save adheres to recognised UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes if required.
We collect and store client data in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
Personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing services and communicating with you about your project.
Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent or prior approval.
